SUBJECT: Memorandum of Understanding (Training Posts)

TO: Eric Hansen, Captain

Due to the large number of probationary staff currently assigned to the Correctional Services roster, AFGE Local 709 and FCI Englewood management mutually agree to the conversion of the following Correctional Services posts to Training Posts.

Checkpoint, Shift 4, Friday/Saturday off.
Lower West, Shift 8, Friday/Saturday off.
Camp Officer, Shift 13, Thursday/Friday off.

These changes are to be implemented beginning the forth quarter of 2002.
