Below is the agreement we reached to settle the unilateral change pertaining to clothing inside the institution.  A lot of you called us about this during ART and when those memos were issued about firearms training.

This is correct.  If staff have business to conduct and they are in the vicinity or on lunch break from training.

Mr. Garcia,

I just wanted to follow up and confirm our negotiations. It has been agreed that staff may:

- Wear jeans into the institution for approximately a half hour or less.

- This excludes those working the shakedown crew or staff called into work during an emergency or administrative situation.  Those staff may still wear casual civilian clothing for the duration of their shift.
