Subject: Union Proposal to Modify Custody Roster

Management Proposal Implement Computerized Overtime System

To: All Concerned

It has been mutually agreed that the above proposals will be implemented jointly on or about June 28, 2003. The proposal presented by Rob Neal, (attached) realigns the days off from ER-7 and ER-8, to LE and UW. This will be in effect at the next quarterly roster change.

The computerized overtime system will be implemented on or near that date. It is agreed that the agency will provide a training session for the Lieutenants and the union executive board. If possible, other department’s and individuals will be included.

It is further agreed that the rotation will be by seniority (EOD) date and set up for at least a two week (or continuing) rotation. Further details will be negotiated.
