Subject:     Alco Sensor for Staff

It has been mutually agreed that an Alco Sensor will be purchased by custody
on or before February 1, 2006.  The Alco Sensor will only be used on staff suspected
of being intoxicated.  The designated Alco Sensor will never be used on inmates.
Prior to breathing staff a union representative will be made available to staff per the
Master Agreement Article 6 Section f. The Alco Sensor will be kept in the SIS office
and calibrated each time before breathing staff.
